7 days to go to MALAYSIA...hehehe. A lot of things to do, have to settle everything and keep our body weight maintained or lesser. We've been in protein diet since 2 months ago and of course we lost some weight. I myself lost about 7 kilos and my DH lost about 10kg
(he wears 2 smaller size now), owh how I envy him. We take protein supplement to ensure we get enough protein too.And of course for me I'll do cardio, some weight training, aerobics and High Intensity Training (HIIT). Well it's time for me to go now..got friends to entertain..hehe
